The Beach

Our private beach features grills, racks for kayaks and paddles, and picnic tables. A swimming area is protected with ropes and kids can have endless fun on the raft.

The Spring Pond

This quiet piece of water is ideal for a relaxing kayak or paddle ride and observing some of our wildlife. It also provides plenty of space for docking boats.

The Lavender Field

Gardiner’s Bay Estate is nested behind the original lavender field (est. 2002) from Lavender By The Bay.

The Gardiner’s Bay Estate Home Owner Association (GBEHOA) is a domestic not-for-profit corporation representing the home owners of Gardiner’s Bay Estate, East Marion (map), since 1957.
